The Empowering Youth Through Sustainable Agriculture for Economic Growth event, held on 12 August 2026 at the University of Johannesburg APB Campus, was a great success.

The event brought together young people, agricultural entrepreneurs, community organisations and key stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture as a pathway to youth empowerment, economic growth and community development. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions, shared experiences and explored practical opportunities within the agricultural sector.
